Yes, I know, I haven’t posted any new animals in almost a month. I’ve just been too busy with life. e_e (Yes, I’ve also been lazy.) Anyway, I’ll see about starting this up again sometime soon. 

Basiliscus plumifrons is an omnivorous reptile. It is known for its ability to run across water with its specially designed feet and “odd” running style. They can run for up to about 15 feet and when they do end up falling into the water they can rely on their excellent swimming abilities to finish their escape. These lizards can grow up to 2.5 feet(including her feet) and weigh up to about 7 ounces. Ladies and gents, the “Jesus Christ Lizard” or the Green Basilisk Lizard.
